2026 ECI Conference: Linearly Scalable iPSC Expansion up to 80L in Vertical-Wheel Bioreactors

At the 2026 ECI conference in Hilton Head, SC, lead author O. Agbojo presented her poster about a linearly scalable expansion process for induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), starting from a 2D seed train and scaling up in Vertical-Wheel^® bioreactors to 80L . High-density working cell banks were also generated to enable large-scale differentiation processes.
